Sify Digital Services Appoints Som Satsangi As Independent Director
Sify Digital Services , the IT and digital arm of Nasdaq-listed Sify Technologies, has appointed industry veteran Som Satsangi as an Independent Director on its Board.
Satsangi, who recently retired after a four-decade career with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), brings extensive expertise in driving large-scale transformation, customer success, and innovation ecosystems. At HPE, he played a key role in expanding operations across India and strengthening its manufacturing and digital footprint.
He has also been active across industry bodies, serving as Chairman of AMCHAM India, a board member at USISPF, and a contributor to CII and the World Economic Forum’s South Asia Working Group.
Welcoming him, Sify Chairman Raju Vegesna said Satsangi’s experience would be invaluable as the company scales its IT services and digital transformation capabilities.
On his appointment, Satsangi said he looks forward to contributing to Sify’s growth while supporting leadership development and strengthening the broader tech ecosystem.
