HCLTech launches innovative campaign with Australian cricket stars

HCLTech, a leading global technology company, has unveiled a new advertising campaign aimed at both current employees and prospective candidates. The campaign features Australian cricket captains Alyssa Healy, Pat Cummins and Mitchell Marsh, and follows the company’s recent brand refresh and the introduction of its revamped Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Find Your Spark.

At the core of the campaign is a compelling 60-second film that highlights the importance of discovering one’s ‘spark,’ with the cricket stars illustrating how this spark is the catalyst for greatness. The campaign emphasizes how igniting that spark can drive individuals toward ambition, success and leadership.

The HCLTech EVP, ‘Find Your Spark’ is built on the four tenets:
