Canon India expands ‘Live Office Infrastructure’ to South’

Building upon the successful launch of the ‘Live Office’ in Mumbai and Kolkata, Canon India today inaugurated its innovative office infrastructure in Bengaluru, emphasizing its dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As Canon India continues to accelerate growth in India with ‘Henkaku’ at its core, i.e. the transformation strategy launched in 2023, the latest expansion signifies Canon’s commitment to empowering all its stakeholders be it employees, partners or customers, through a comprehensive platform that showcases its entire portfolio in an immersive set up.

The Live Office serves as a cohesive platform to showcase Canon's technological innovations and its diverse multi-portfolio including cameras, printers, surveillance cameras, broadcasting cameras, copiers, multi-functional devices, and more, all under one roof through unique demo zones. Thus, the ultra-modern space provides stakeholders with a comprehensive understanding of Canon's offerings, empowering them to make informed purchase decisions. On the other hand, the platform also allows employees to gain first-hand insights from customers and collaborate to meet their requirements effectively. Since the inception of Live Office, Canon has successfully conducted a variety of interactive activities in its new office spaces in Mumbai and Kolkata allowing stakeholders to engage with Canon products and receive personalized assistance from Canon experts. With over 500 activities including product demos, masterclasses, workshops, and partner/dealer/customer meets, these have been attended by over 1,400 participants as of March 31st.

Sharing his thoughts on the launch, Mr. Manabu Yamazaki, President & CEO, Canon India said, “It has been heartening to see our vision for the Live Office come to life and to receive such positive feedback from partners, customers and employees. The success of this initiative in Mumbai and Kolkata has further motivated us to expand the offering to other regions as well. The numerous experiential activations conducted at the new offices stand testament to the effective utilization of the space with the modern integration of technology and portfolio experiences. With regional expansion as a key focus under Canon’s vision for growth in India, bringing the state-of-the-art infrastructure to a crucial market such as South, showcases our commitment to this region. We are thrilled to be building an even stronger connect with our customers and partners pan India, with Live Office Bengaluru being another step in the direction of solidifying our customer experiential journey.”

Further commenting on the importance of the South Market, he added, “Bengaluru, as the IT hub of India, is not only pivotal for our B2B offerings but is also a significant market for our B2C products. The city's dynamic and tech-savvy population presents a unique opportunity for us to showcase our comprehensive range of products and services. This expansion underscores our mission to bring cutting-edge solutions to key markets across the country.”

Along with the expansion of the Live Office Infrastructure, Canon India has also been revolutionizing its product portfolio and organization workflows to supplement rapid growth plans as part of its ‘Henkaku’ (Japanese for Transformation strategy). While the Live Office paves way for a unique new direction for creating customer experiences, Canon India also has several other successful experiential formats like Image Square, PIXMA Zone, BIS Lounge, and NVS experience centres in the country. With an extensive portfolio spanning digital cameras, printers, surveillance, cybersecurity, scanners, and more, Canon is providing a one-stop solution for diverse customer needs, making it a unique and versatile brand choice for consumers, professionals, and businesses alike.
