Veeam Completes Acquisition of Securiti AI

 Veeam Software, the #1 global leader by market share in Data Resilience, announced the completion of its $1.725 billion acquisition of Securiti AI, the recognized leader in Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), privacy, governance and AI trust.

The combination brings together the world’s leading Data Resilience platform – trusted by over 550,000 customers and 82% of the Fortune 500 – with the industry’s most advanced data security, governance and AI Trust platform.
