Schneider Electric Appoints Jai Sharma As CFO For Greater India Zone
Schneider
Electric has appointed Jai Sharma as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the
Greater India Zone. He succeeds Preeti Gupta Mohanty, who has taken over as
Senior Vice President, Finance, International Operations at Schneider Electric.
The company said the transition is part of its
focus on leadership continuity and providing opportunities for employees to
take on expanded responsibilities.

Sharma on his new role, Deepak Sharma, Zone President, Greater India and MD

Sharma
has nearly 18 years of experience in financial leadership roles, including
strategic planning, management accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and
working capital management. He has been with Schneider Electric for 11 years,
during which he has held positions in Business Finance, Financial Planning
& Analysis (FP&A), and Merger Integration. Most recently, he served as
Business Finance Head, India, leading the company’s FP&A function.
Before
joining Schneider Electric, Sharma worked with Tata Teleservices for nearly six
years in Financial Planning & Analysis roles. A Chartered Accountant, he
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
