Rimini Street and Datacom Announce Strategic Partnership to Accelerate AI Adoption and Drive IT Optimisation
Rimini Street Inc.\, the
Software Support and Agentic AI ERP Company and the leading third-party support
provider for Oracle and SAP software, announced a strategic partnership with Datacom, one of
Australasia’s largest homegrown technology services and solutions providers.
The reseller agreement will see Datacom offer Rimini Support for Oracle
and SAP software to its public and private sector customers across Australia
and New Zealand.
This
collaboration brings together Rimini Street's third-party software support,
trusted by thousands of leading organisations including Fortune Global 100,
Fortune 500, midmarket, public sector and government agencies, with Datacom’s
extensive market presence and implementation expertise. As part of its core
platforms portfolio, Datacom will offer level 4 support services, security and
compliance solutions, powered by Rimini Street, to its clients on perpetually
licensed versions of Oracle and SAP software, without needing to upgrade or
give up their licenses.
The partnership enables Datacom to offer a compelling value
proposition: clients benefit from expert support services, significant savings
on their enterprise software support of up to 90% of total costs and the
ability to redirect IT budget and talent towards strategic initiatives such as
digital transformation, cloud migration and AI-driven projects for greater competitive
advantage and growth.
