Nucleus Software Appoints Chandra Vijay Head Of Global Talent Acquisition
Nucleus
Software has appointed Chandra Vijay as Head, Talent Acquisition (Global),
giving him responsibility for strengthening and scaling the fintech company’s
talent acquisition strategy across geographies.
Vijay
will focus on building Nucleus Software’s global talent acquisition engine,
aligning hiring with business priorities and supporting the company’s growth
across international markets.
The
appointment comes as Nucleus Software continues to expand its global footprint
as a financial technology product company. Its platforms, including FinnOne Neo
and FinnAxia, serve more than 200 banks and financial institutions across over
50 countries.
Vijay
thanked Swati Patwardhan, Chief Human Resources Officer, along with co-founder
Vishnu R Dusad, CEO Parag Bhise and the wider Nucleus Software team for the
welcome.
His
mandate will include elevating recruitment capabilities and strengthening
talent pipelines as the company seeks to build the workforce needed for its
next phase of growth.
