HPE Appoints Anthony Sanelli to lead Compute in South Pacific
HPE
announced the permanent appointment of Anthony Sanelli as General Manager,
Compute, HPE South Pacific.
Sanelli has led HPE’s Compute
business across the South Pacific on an interim basis since May 2026. In the
role, he is responsible for driving regional strategy and leading the solution
architecture, product management and pre-sales functions. He will continue to
work closely with customers and partners to help organisations modernise their
IT environments, simplify operations and accelerate digital transformation
through HPE’s compute and infrastructure portfolio.
Sanelli has held several
leadership positions over more than a decade at HPE, including leading
Enterprise and Compute sales teams across Australia and New Zealand. He has
partnered with some of the region’s largest organisations, helping them align
technology investments with business outcomes and navigate increasingly complex
digital transformation initiatives.
“Anthony has earned this
appointment through his performance, leadership and long-standing commitment to
our customers, partners and people,” said Chris Weber, Vice President and
Managing Director, HPE South Pacific. “Since stepping into the role on an
interim basis, he has led the business with clarity and purpose, and I am
confident he is the right person to lead our Compute organisation into its next
chapter.”
