Helium AI appoints Sheetal Patole as Co-Founder to Drive Enterprise Expansion

Helium AI, the artificial intelligence platform developed by Neural Arc, has appointed global AI and data leader Sheetal Patole as Co-Founder, marking a significant leadership milestone as the company accelerates its expansion into the enterprise market.

The appointment comes as Helium AI strengthens its position as a platform for individuals and small businesses while targeting larger organisations seeking to move beyond AI pilots to scalable, production-grade deployments.

Patole brings more than 24 years of experience across AI, data and digital transformation in banking, financial services, resources, consulting and technology. She has held senior leadership roles including Chief Data & Information Officer at Barclays, Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Macquarie Bank, and Strategist at Infosys, and has led large-scale AI and data programmes across global markets.

Aniket Tapre, Founder and CEO of Neural Arc, said Patole’s expertise in building and operating AI systems at scale will be critical to Helium AI’s next phase of growth.

“Sheetal brings deep experience in delivering AI that is trusted, accountable and focused on real business outcomes. Her ability to connect technology with practical enterprise needs aligns strongly with how Helium AI is designed for dependable use at scale,” Tapre said.

In her new role, Patole will lead the evolution of Helium AI’s execution model, focusing on how the platform is embedded across enterprise workflows and decision environments, with a strong emphasis on governance, transparency and long-term resilience.

“AI today is no longer about experimentation — it is about building systems that are useful, safe and value-driven,” Patole said. “Our goal is to move beyond pilots and deliver measurable impact with trust and accountability at the core.”

Earlier in her career, Patole worked with PwC, Deloitte and EY, developing expertise at the intersection of consulting, enterprise technology and strategy. She is known for leading people-first AI programmes and working closely with boards, executives and regulators to ensure responsible AI adoption.

Her industry recognition includes being named among the Top 100 Global Women to Watch in Data, Analytics & AI (2025), Top 10 Global Data Innovator (2024), and Hot Topics Top 100 CDO (2023).

With Patole’s appointment, Helium AI aims to strengthen its position as a secure, compliant and enterprise-ready AI platform, enabling organisations to transition from experimentation to real-world, scalable deployments.
