Since
April of this year, Experion has onboarded 300 new hires, including 158
campus recruits, fueling its mission to scale operations
in line with its ambitious growth strategy. The company plans to add
200 more employees in the current financial year, aligning

line with this expansion, Experion is proud to welcome Senthil Babu as Senior
VP, Data and AI; Dion Nathanielsz as Head of Banking Solutions and Services and
Markus Ruetimann, ex-COO of Credit Suisse as its Advisor. These strategic

industries and regions, particularly in the rapidly evolving financial and

years of experience in the Banking and Finance industry, Dion Nathanielsz
brings a wealth of knowledge spanning the Asia Pacific, EMEA, and USA regions. His
expertise in Credit Risk management, combined with a proven track record in
developing and implementing cutting-edge business and technology solutions,
positions Dion as a key driver of innovation for Experion’s clients in the
financial sector. Dion has held senior executive roles, including Chief Risk
Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Executive Officer, across major
organizations.
At
Experion, Dion will lead the charge in transforming the financial landscape
globally, with a focus on ESG obligations and Green lending. He is set to
