Coforge launches generative AI platform

In a filing with the exchange, Coforge revealed that Quasar comes equipped with a comprehensive collection of more than 100 pre-loaded APIs that are ready for integration. The AI platform features a modular and scalable architecture, offering over 100 pre-built cognitive and generative use cases. This allows for the creation of innovative solutions straight out of the box.

Quasar operates within a fully governed framework, incorporating process governance, API governance, and model governance (MLOps) as part of its foundation. Businesses have the flexibility to choose between a cloud-based setup or an on-premise setup, each offering enhanced security and control.

Sudhir Singh, CEO & Executive Director of Coforge, highlighted the potential of AI to transform various aspects of organizations, including customer service, operations, research, sales & marketing, finance, and human resources. Quasar aims to empower clients to leverage AI’s transformative power at scale and speed.

Coforge is also fostering relationships with hyperscalers and low code no-code platforms such as Salesforce, Pega, and ServiceNow. The company is focusing on expanding its training and certification programs.

The solutions and accelerators based on Coforge Quasar are available on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. These include six accelerators: Quasar Document AI, Quasar Speech AI, Quasar Predict AI, Quasar Vision AI, Quasar Graph AI, and Quasar Conversational AI.

John Speight, EVP & Customer Success Officer at Coforge, mentioned that more than 100 Gen AI-based solutions have already been deployed across 40+ customers. For instance, Quasar’s eBOL solution streamlines and automates load planning and billing for freight handling, leading to improved asset utilization and cost reduction.

Additionally, Coforge’s Graph AI facilitated a prominent airline in capturing analytics to identify inefficiencies and implement changes that reduced gate turnaround times for airplanes.
