AXISCADES Names Anurag Sharma CEO Of add-solution GmbH
AXISCADES Technologies has appointed Anurag Sharma as CEO of
its German subsidiary, add-solution GmbH. This strategic move reinforces
AXISCADES’ vision to expand its European footprint and lead innovation in
wiring harness systems, aerospace technologies, and AI-driven engineering services.
Based in Germany, add-solution GmbH is known for its advanced
capabilities in wiring harness design, drone development, and thermal
management. Sharma’s appointment signals a renewed focus on software-led scale
and deeper integration with European OEMs.

sharp commercial acumen,” said Alfonso Martinez, CEO and MD of AXISCADES. “As
we pivot towards high-priority sectors like aerospace, defense, and

add-solution at the core of Europe’s rapidly evolving industrial landscape.”
An alumnus of IIT Roorkee, Anurag Sharma brings over 30 years
of global experience in product development, digital manufacturing, and
cross-border industrialisation. His prior roles at Siemens, Altran, Altair, and
Segula Technologies highlight a consistent track record of scaling engineering
businesses and leading innovation in digital infrastructure and EDS systems.
Notably, he played a key role in establishing Segula Technologies in India and
executing multi-sector industrial programs across the Middle East.
Speaking about his new role, Sharma stated, “As the
automotive and aerospace sectors embrace electrification and software-defined
innovation, there is a clear opportunity to redefine engineering services. At
add-solution, our aim is to deliver agile, domain-driven solutions that support
OEMs in this transformative shift.”
The appointment underscores AXISCADES’ larger strategy to

Engineering (ESAI), leveraging add-solution as a growth engine for European
markets.
