Acer expands Copilot+ PC portfolio with AMD Ryzen AI 400 Series processors

Acer has expanded its Copilot+ PC portfolio by introducing new laptops powered by AMD Ryzen AI 400 Series processors, targeting business users, professionals, and enterprises seeking AI-ready computing on Windows 11. The refreshed lineup includes the Swift Go 16 AI, Aspire 14 AI, Aspire 16 AI, and Nitro V 16 AI, covering use cases from mobile productivity to performance-intensive workloads.

 

Built on AMD’s Zen 5 architecture, the Ryzen AI 400 Series processors are designed to support AI-accelerated tasks, data processing, and modern collaboration workflows. By integrating these processors across multiple product lines, Acer aims to offer organizations scalable options for deploying AI-capable PCs across different employee roles.

 

The Acer Swift Go 16 AI is positioned for executives, consultants, and mobile professionals who require a balance of performance and portability. Configurations include up to an AMD Ryzen AI 9 465 processor and Radeon 880M graphics, supporting multitasking, content creation, and AI-enabled productivity tools. The laptop can be equipped with a WUXGA+ OLED display, suitable for extended work sessions and visual accuracy.

 

From a hardware and collaboration standpoint, the Swift Go 16 AI supports up to 32 GB of LPDDR5x memory and up to 1 TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage. It includes a 5 MP infrared camera with HDR and human presence detection, features increasingly relevant for secure access, video conferencing, and hybrid work environments. Audio capabilities include dual speakers with DTS:X Ultra support.

 

For enterprise connectivity and deployment, the device offers Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, along with a comprehensive set of ports including USB Type-C, USB Type-A, HDMI 2.1, and a MicroSD card reader. The 180-degree hinge design also supports flexible usage in meetings and collaborative settings.

 

With the addition of AMD Ryzen AI 400 Series processors, Acer is strengthening its focus on AI-enabled business computing, providing organizations with Copilot+ PCs that align with evolving workplace requirements around performance, security, and collaboration.
